Most are available up to 72 inches wide, in standard lengths of 300, 600, 1,000 and 1,500 feet. Custom widths and lengths are also available … typically shipping within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our minimum order quantity is 1,200 square feet … the equivalent of a single roll 24” wide by 600’ in length.
Protective Films: Custom Sizes
For your projects that have high volumes of specific piece sizes, protective films and tapes can be perforated at specific intervals… to provide the same ease of dispensing as paper towels. If the little serrated edges are not appropriate for your application, we can have the film wound onto a release liner and die-cut, with clean edges, to the exact size and shape that you need. Cross-perforating (aka perfing) adds a couple of days to the lead time. Die-cutting adds a week or more, depending on the complexity of the tooling.
Large Surface Film Application: Laminators
If you have high volumes of large sheets or panels to protect, check out our full line of laminators. Laminators roll on film precisely, without trapping air bubbles or wrinkles. The pressure and tension that laminators apply to the film are easily controlled to provide correct adhesion while preventing the edge pull-back (rubber band effect) that can sometimes occur with manually applied films. Laminators range from standard, off-the-shelf units to custom made units integrated into complete production lines. Best of all, they are made in the USA!
For dispensing hand-applied tapes we have a complete line of bench-top, manual tape dispensers. We also have fully automated, definite-length dispensers that can kick out the exact length of tape that you need as fast as you pick it off the dispenser.
