Contractors, homeowners and remodelers today have very distinct taste in stonework, tile, marble and rock. Kitchens are fitted with granite or solid surface counters. Grand entries have carved limestone, ceramic or marble tiling. It is not surprising to find marble fountains, tile mosaics or imported inlays of glass, marble, quartz or other intricate stone details in foyers, kitchen, bathrooms in today’s homes. Corporate front offices often the company logo inlaid in custom flooring or mural. A reception area or board room might be decorated with super-high-end ceramic, quarry or marble tile.
